In fashion, more, has long been mistaken for progress. More styles, more seasons, more product, more noise. Over time, it has become clear to us that growth without intention moves away from what makes clothing meaningful: quality, wearability, and longevity.

Twill & Tee returns with less, not as a limitation, but as a deliberate choice. Designing a smaller capsule collection creates space for us to focus on fabric, fit, and construction. Our garments are developed thoroughly, refined patiently, and produced responsibly.

Rather than a full seasonal collection, this chapter introduces a tightly edited range of wardrobe foundations. Pieces are designed to work together, live in rotation, and remain relevant beyond a single season. The focus is trans-seasonal clothing, garments that move easily between months, climates, and wardrobes, reducing the need for constant replacement.

A Capsule Built for Longevity

This capsule centres on natural fibres and considered silhouettes. Fabrics chosen for sustainability, durability, and wearability. Shapes are refined for ease, comfort and movement. Details are resolved quietly, without excess.

Designing fewer pieces allows greater attention to proportion and fit. Designs become precise. Fabric behaviour is tested thoroughly. Finishing is refined rather than assumed. Less, in this context, becomes a pathway to better.

The intention is simple: to create quality wardrobe essentials that earn their place through use, not novelty.

Producing at a Considered Scale

Returning with less also shapes how the collection is made. Small batch production allows careful oversight at every stage, reduces unnecessary excess, and supports responsible use of materials. Patterns are planned and carefully cut to avoid wastage. Each decision, from sourcing to quantities produced is measured and intentional.

Returning With Intention

This return is not about trends or seasonal calendars. It is about returning to fundamentals: fine fabrics, the perfect fit and thoughtful construction. Offering fewer choices, but better ones. Designing trans-seasonal clothing that becomes part of a wardrobe, not part of a moment.

In the coming weeks, more of this process will be shared - material selection, sampling, preparation, and final imagery. Pre-orders will follow once the capsule is complete, allowing production to respond to real demand.

For now, returning with less simply means returning with intention.
