Returns Exchanges & Refunds
We offer easy returns and exchanges within Australia and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, please contact TWILL & TEE within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise.
Please email us at email@example.com so as we know to look out for your package. We will be in touch once your return is received and inspected. Please include your order number and details of how you would like to proceed.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached. We do not offer refunds for sale or discounted items, unless deemed faulty. You are welcome to return and exchange sale or discounted items for a credit voucher however final sale items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
We take pride in the quality of our work, which means that all TWILL & TEE items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged due to incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty. Any returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be credited to the original credit card or Paypal account. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
If you have used a gift card, you will receive a credit voucher for the value of your return valid for 12 months and redeemable online at Twill & Tee.

If you are shipping an item we recommend you consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
TWILL & TEE will cover the cost of return shipping your new item to you within Australia.
